Where Click & Collect is available:

• customers must wait until they receive a "Ready for Collection" notification before attending the collection location;
• proof of purchase and identification may be requested;
• orders should be collected within the collection period stated in our Shipping Policy;
• if another person is collecting the order, prior authorisation may be required.

8. Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates only.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's network and conditions.
